I got a question about their reseller plan!

Do I get unlimited control panels for hosting or is it just for domains?

Have you tried asking them? Perhaps you might get a better and faster response. :rolleyes:

I wouldn't know, so don't hesitate to give them an email, they want you to be their client. ;)

I did email them like 3 times and no responses. Its like they're dead or some crap. I've emailed them 3 days ago!

If they do that to a potentional client, how long do you think their support will take? Maybe this is a good time to reconsider if going with datapacket is worth it or not.

why would I need their support anyways? If they are 99.9% uptime and good bandwidth and speed, why do I need support?

lol, ok. Didnt somebody said they were good? LOL. Sometimes ya said they're good, and 3 days after, they suck.

Go with www.liquidweb.com reseller plan, its much better and support if excellent, within 24 hours on all questions.

Yes you can host as many domains on your account .. each domain gets it own CP.

Ok ... you offer hosting ... the server goes down .. or you want to know something ie : path to sendmail or whatever .... how do u get the info when there is no information on the site ??

Answer : E-mail them ( SUPPORT )

if they're 99.9% uptime why would they be down now! Come on. Anyways if I wanted to spend more money than datapackett's reseller plan I would probably go weith hostnexus.com instead of liquidweb.com . Host nexus has live support from site, and I did plan on getting their plan but I was planning on getting something cheaper for beginning then later switching to hostnexus.com !

1 account gets 1 control panel, if you have 20 accounts you get 20 control panels. that control panel is for your clients, you as a host will get 1 host manager access if they use cpanel.

You didnt understand what I was saying!!!
I said is there control panel for like web statistics, email stuff, account info, etc. I never said do they have doamin cp or how many! As you know with domain cp I cant edit my account info, see web statistics, etc.

Good speed and they advertised alot of features. But that all changed once I signed up. I could only have Front Page Extensions if I didnt have Ftp access, etc. A month ago, my account got cancelled! I have called and no one answered.. emailed and no replies. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM AT ALL! And the domain name is registered to them! not me... I didn't back up my website because of their "superior uptime" now I have lost the domain and all the weeks of work I put into coding it. do a google search for datapacket. You will see Brian Bennett is a fraud!
