MP3 Server?

hi, I am looking for free webspace provider with the following:

1. Unlimited webspace (including no limit on file size, if possible, and type)

2. FTP (good speed)

Ad frame is alright for me, but I don't like pop-ups.

I AM going to upload mp3s, either in .zip or .mp3, so please let me know if any provider will give me this. Thanks.

well... actually the mp3s are downloaded from other sites... they are actually my own personal collection.

I am thinking of uploading to a free unlimited site, where I can share with others to download also. Do any of you guys know of such a free webspace that allows me to do this??
