I'm a competitor too. :D By the way I just noticed your site has got screenshots just that you have to go to a separate page. As sikes said your site speed is a bit slow. Who hosts it? The screen shots should be included in the main review page. Check out my sites previews page. http://www.cheatpark.net/previews . You can see I have got some thumbnails next to the game name. I think that would liven it up a bit.

Nice looking site! I really like the layout and color scheme.

1. Anyway you can make those buttons on the left side offer some feedback? When I say feedback, I mean like a mouseover or something?

2. Very picky thing, but you could also extend your header image to be the exact width of the page.... the image is like 30 pixels short, which shows that greyish color behind it...

Suggestions:

- Forums should be on the same host as your main site. It's possible that Netfirms will kick you off for simply "using" their server as storage space...Unless your whole page is hosted on Netfirms? It's strange because I can access the rest of your site, just not the forums. Netfirms pages are blocked for me.

- Very detailed and useful information. However, being not a professional company like IGN, you can't compete in terms of information. Just a little lacking in the Guides and Previews section as well. But excellent job for a fan site!

- The information/text in the center column is too far to the left. It's interfering with the left-column and leaving the site looking very crowded indeed.

- In the "News Headlines" column, the news bullets need a little bit more spacing

- "New" button really needs to be transparent. The white looks a bit ugly on the gray.

- You probably should just go for a totally original Previews section, forming your own opinion from info gathered from many sites. Taking from IGN, even by permission, isn't going to appeal to readers unfortunately.

- A few grammar/spelling mistakes. Nav Bar - "Company's" to "Companies", Previews - "all right Reserved" to "All Rights Reserved", Cheats - "Crazi Taxi" to "Crazy Taxi", Crazy Taxi Cheat Page - "Craxi Taxi" to "Crazy Taxi",

- Split up your walkthrough into sections, or at least have links at the top, "jumping" to different sections of the page.

- Newsletter box should be on the front page. Also, on the "Newsletter" page, the text around the box needs to be bigger.

- More screenshots definitely needed. Or at least you could put a bigger table on the side in reviews to save the reader from seeing SO much text. The site is overall very plain without images and especially with the huge amount of information, the text is often distracting.

- More colors! Also each section should have its own image rather than just simple text. If images don't fit with the theme, then there's no need to use anything. It's better than big bold text.

- The site lacks overall in organization. Each section has information organized in an awkward way that does not look attractive to the eyes.

I'm viewing it in high resolution. It looks nice, but you need the center the page, its at the left side of my screen right now.

Oh and center the two line phrases like "message boards", overall its a sleek design.

I'm sick and tired of seeing two boards on the net: YaBB and phpBB 2. The thing about a GOOD board is that it is flexible and looks different each time. Every phpBB2 board I go to is immediately identifiable. I haven't seen a single one that even strays a bit from that idea, except maybe Phrozen's.

I would just stick with your Ikonboard, except host it somewhere else besides Netfirms. :)

Yeah, I'm that guy. I do a lot of designs and TZN isn't one of my best...
I couldn't help but notice you posted a link to alexkelm.com. I know it is off-topic but stay away from this guy! He takes advantage of everyone and is a little lying brat! I had a "lawyer" call him up once for stealing my designs.

Recommendations:
- Get a better logo
- Use a lot more graphics
- Make the resolution fit in 800x600

Overall, a nice site. Colors are very good and the design is professional. The thing that took it all away is the major lack of graphics for a gaming site. It has a lot potential though :D

i would clean these things up a little:

1. the news on oyur main page goes behind the background so it looks un neat ( might be becuase i am @ 1027 x 786 )
2. The forum link is broken, and i suggest you use WBB *1 ( woltlab burning board )

well i am turing 14 on the 7th of april this year so i dont have that long to go. And a lot of 13 year old people run websites because their parents have no clue to how. Or because they are interested in the internet.
