I like your site, from what I understand, you just started it recently because it isn't very active. I believe it will be big some day :)

im hosted on theinternetproject.com, they're down.

also - i got those free, before belizenic.bz became corporate.

To me the site looks like a place where people can make rants and stuff or talk about things that annoy them.

Well here's one tip on your new site. If you just do a plain install of postnuke and change the theme or something don't expect many contributions. Add more content to your site or something.
