Point the domain to CentralInfo.net and then point the domain to a host that can allow .com.ru's. You can change the MX records at CentralInfo.

Any host that supports domain hosting can host a .com.ru just send them an email.

Actually, not true. Even we at NetCabins can host every international domain.. EXCEPT .com.ru . It works fine on our end, but the Russian NIC doesn't like our secondary IP for some reason. Therefore, they won't transfer the domain to our nameservers.
