Are there any web-base emails support multi-Language apart from hotmail, Yahoo, Mail.com?

Personally I don't think the look is the best and the ads are annoying (last I checked), but zzn supports many languages.

http://www.icqmail.com if you have ICQ. I've been using ICQMail for about 3 years now; it's fast, free, and I dont think there's a limit on how much space you can use for your emails :D
