Well why don't you use digitalrice but use a url redirection service like http://www---------- ?

CJB has been around just about forever; they aren't going down anytime soon.

I've been using cjb for like.... years. Never seen 'em down. The only problem was, my account was accidentally(?) deleted when they were upgrading or modifying something. But it was cool, I re-registered right away, and got my account back.

'cause they don't exist! :p
You can try http://www.redrival.com , but I don't think they're allowing new members yet. Oh, and they made their FTP a pay service, but they've got web FTP for free. Dunno how it is, haven't tried it yet myself.
no banner(now and forever)
There's no guarantee that any FWPs won't have banners forever. See how CrossWinds was forced to put popups on members pages when they promised you that they were never going to?
A lot of FWPs that people might suggest here could probably be searched for using FWS.net's power search, so why don't you check there first? Or... have you searched already, and wasn't satisfied???

And if Crosswinds can't do it, nobody can.

F2S does it, and does it better than CW ever had/has.
