I need help with my site!

Hi,

I'm having a lot of trouble deciding on how to design the first page of my site, I've tried many various layouts but can't seem to find the right one. Please check it out at http://ankhor.has.it it looks really empty and I don't like the menu, should I just not use a menu and just have all the links listed (there will be a lot eventually)? Please tell me what you think! Thanks! :confused:

First of all, why does your entire intro page repeat itself twice? :confused:

Lose the nav bar because it doesn't even work. I have no way of seeing any other pages.

See the attachment. The [broken] nav bar, the image, the text, and the counter all repeat twice.

oh i see, that's weird, it doesn't do that on my browser.

I'll try to fix that.
Other than that, what do you think I should do with the menu? Should I just put all the links on the sides or on top or left & right or top & bottom, please make suggestions. Thanks!!
