Hello,

I am helping make a FREE forum hosting site called coolfreeforums.com. We have the backend but we will need someone to make a PHP or Perl script that extracts a TAR File, modifies a file, creates a mySQL db and add some tables to the db. I/We are not willing to pay anything.
