Currently we've design for local client. Take a look at our own website http://www.matri-perlis.com , http://gen7.matri-perlis.com
Currently our main website http://www.evo-dev.org was down due to DNS change (we move to new server as we find that our old server is crawling to die :))
We charge our client as low as USD $50 for full web design.
But if you want flash movie, in that case we charge more for flash movie/animation. Ofcourse anybody nowaday can make flash animation, but there are little who actually can optimized their flash animation to maximum compression without losing any quality of their flash animation.
And if you've vBulletin installed and running on your server, and want to customized the look ... we can do it :) take a look at http://www.wws-forum.com . That was our designer who design and maintain it. But it's not just vBulletin, any forum would be ok. Preferably PHP/MySQL, but others forum will do fine. For forum template design price, its really depend on how much code that we have to alter/add.
Also we offer script installing services. Such as you want to install vBulletin, phpBB .. or any other script. This service we wont charge much, sometime we do installing script just for free :)
