Now I need free hosting for my other site...

home.pages.at slow as hell...

+25mb
Doesn't mention anything about bandwidth on their site(or if they claim to have unlimited)
FTP(optional)
No file size limit
If have ads, let it be popup or popunder, other ads not ok.
Fast
Quite reliable
