Bugs

Have you noticed something: how come every program out there has bugs? I still don't understand why... What I do with mIRC Scripting has also lots of bugs... I fix them, and there are still bugs...

I think that the problem has its base in money. Money available to develop a software and of course the time. Software houses cannot afford many developers and testers, and usually they have to respect some deadlines. So they prefer release the software with bugs and then let us find them. This way they have a huge number of beta testers without having to spend money. Later, when they have time release the fixes.
