Payment
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Neet Hosting, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. Neet Hosting bills in monthly and yearly increments.

All sales are final. All transactions are non refundable.

Unfornately you cannot get any refund. They stated in their TOS that all transactions were nonrefundable. If you took them to court, they would say that you agreed to their agreement and would not receive any refund.

Sorry.

Then that means you didnīt agree to the statement, and you could quite get your money back. But it will be difficult.

besides the court thing, post your story on every webhosting forum out there. bad press for him:

a. you used his service and feel it's so bad you want a full refund.
b. he's won't pay up because he claims you agreed to a t.o.s. that wasn't even presented to you.

...very obvious. i don't like him already.

would this be slander?

keith

telling about what a crappy service it is [you've personally used it and have first hand experience] and that he's lied about you agreeing to a false t.o.s.? no way.

A friend of mine and several friends of her's used NeetHosting a couple months ago...

To make a long story short, Fris (the owner) got pissed at one of the customers, and pointed her domain to a porn site -- I mean a real hardcore website, and then a couple days later, he pretty much pointed half the sites to hardcore porn sites. Including my friends.

I helped them report him to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and also reported him to the ISP where he has his server at (I believe he's just a reseller for the ISP) -- they said they were going to take his server down - I guess not.

I take it you paid via PayPal like the other people did?!

Word to the wise...

If you've never really heard of the hosting company, don't go for a year in advance.

If you went through PayPal contact PayPal, and tell them your story, and contact me if you need witnesses to Fris' horrible business practices (that is if he doesn't refund your money -- if he has, its a miracle!!). And they should help you out with getting your money back.

Now, I have 3 of his clients on my server, and all is great! :)

Just thought I add my 2.5 cents. :)

Everyone must realize that you must always pick a host with a good reputation, and not one you never heard of. It will reduce these problems.
