which domain should i use ?

.de is the domain extension for germany. It doesn't sound as if the redirection service has anything to do with germany so I wouldn't choose that. I don't like the sound of .org either. My site was .net because it was the only one left. First check the availability so you don't get disappointed. If you already have then go with .net
