would like..
5 megs space ( 10 if possible )
100mb-300mb bandwith limit ( low traffic site )
if possible, cgi, php, perl ( at least one is good )
no banners ( am willing to use hosts text link or button on my page, or a banner, providing I can move it so it does not ruin my design )
ftp upload
part of my web has small flash plug in ( tiny file )
Would prefer UK host, but will settle for anything if have to :]
non-commerical site
