International domain hosting

I try to put my international domain name on free DNS at www.portland.co.uk, but after several days nothing happened and they didn't even answer on my mail.
So, I wonder if there is some reliable free DNS hosts for international domains? Without banners, of course.

No1. This should be in the Free Webspace forum and also is it a .com.kg? If so they can take up to 1 month (what was it with you weeps?)
