"This website uses SSI and layers. If you web browser doesn't support them
it is recommended that you exit the site."

SSI is server-side so the browser is irrelevant and the fact that you use layers isn't saying much, it's how you use them that varies in different browsers.

The design is rather plain. The logo doesn't blend in well and the content seems to be stuck to the left side of the page leaving a big open area to the right.

That's because your not viewing it in 800x600 pixels.

And, geez.
I'm only a kid... lol

(Note: My reviews are more tough now)

My review:

- Very plain enterance page. An enterance page is okay... but make it more interesting.
- Massive white area visible... make it compatible for all resolutions.
- Rethink the colors and make it more interesting.
- Ad more graphics without overdoing it.
- Really plain
- Add a text rollover to the pages
- Review for SimCity3000 points to Rollercoaster Tycoon (Yeah I am a SimCity fan, just wanted to see what you said)
- Work on Spelling/Grammar and use spaces between each period in content.

Graphics: 4 out of 10 (Lacking)
Layout: 4 out of 10 (Doesn't view right in high resolutions and not original)
Content: 8 out of 10

Overall: 6 out of 10 (60%)

I don't really see a need for the entrance page at all. I would just drop it.

Your content is all pushed over to the left as has been said. At least ad a left margin or something.

GC, that would actually be 16 of 30 or 53%.

Good site, but a bit old-fashioned design.

Nice and simple, but a bit too plain. The main site needs more flashy graphics.

Get rid of the agree thing when you click on forums. Its better to use something like a 'COPPA' registration system although in some countries I heard the laws do not apply.
