What's the best Ad company from a webmasters point of view? With the number of scams and closures, which companies have continued to shine?

Usually fastclick will accept you if you are not a gaming site and hosted on a paid server.

im also working with advertising.com and they have been very helpful. We started advertising with them this past weekend, and used about 10,000 banners, with about 20 clicks, which is not that bad. I am pretty impressed with them so far.
