RackLocation anyone?

Has anyone heard of this company RackLocation.com ?? I need a dedicated server and their prices seem awesome literally too good to be true.. so I have to wonder. Let me know if you have had any good experiences or bad experiences with them, thanks in advance!

They have great prices! I don't like the excess $$$ Dellhost charges. I want to RENT a server, not BUY one in 2 payments.
