Is it possible with a .com.kg domain to get web based email for it, eg webmaster@site.com.kg?

Actually, there's a few ways you could do this, if you can find a host that has a certain amount (usually 1) POP3 account and hosts your domain, then it will be you@domain.com.kg
You can also use MyDomain.com (http://mydomain.com) in conjuction with Oemmail (http://omemail.com) if you can stand the ads, this will also enable you to offer free web-based email to your visitors, or just keep as many emails as you'd like for yourself.

Well, if you have a domain name that you don't mind re-directing, here's what you wanna do. Sign up for a mydomain.com account.
Once the account is completed, log into mydomain.com and click on Add a Domain to My Domain List, on the page they bring you to, you'll see 4 nameservers and 4 ip addresses, you'll have to change the dns on your domain to those.
Then type your name in the box after Domain Name: Then select the MyDomainPlus option from the drop down box below.
You're now ready to continue to the next page by submitting your info.
Now, I recommend stealth forwarding your domain to your current web address, then confirming it
Now it's time to edit your email settings, the page you're on now should have a text link to that effect. After you click it, you'll be brought to a page with options, choose:
Advanced: Use own mail server
Then it'll ask you to ADD MX, you type in:
MAIL.OEMMAIL.COM
And for distance:
10
Now submit query
Now, create a subdomain for your domain:
themail.yourdomain.com.kg
For the subdomain, change the CNAME records to:
WEB.OEMMAIL.COM
Then submit, you're done with that part.
Just go use your domain name to sign up for an OemMail account, in a few days you should be set. Hope that helps!

Does anybody here use OEMmail? I was reading their TOS and it sounds like you only get free e-mail there for 90 days and then you would have to pay to keep it.
