I need a host NO ADS that has either

a) NO ads
b) CGI and YABB Capable

or

a) NO ads
b) PHP
c) MYSQL

IT would be fine if I could get to it, I set up an account, and it was all ok, then all I needed to do was turn on PHP and MYSQL, and now everytime I go there, I get

Connection Refused

so its rendered useless

http://www.4gigs.com has CGI, but they say they don't allow "forum only" sites so if all you're going to use it for is YABB they probably won't allow that.

there is no fast host nowdays, 2001 was really a bad year for the free hosts.

Chances are, there are no hosts that are going to survive with those types of requirements. Host.sk, I'm pretty sure, is not very reliable (they're slow). I've heard good comments about jaha.dk, but people have also remarked that they are a bit slow. Because they're new, I wouldn't trust them either. L33t.ca is also an option, but I don't think you would want to deal with that speed either. Simply, get a host with ads, or you're going to be asking this question 100 times. :)
