Hey everyone. I just finished another one of my projects.
Please take a look at it: http://www.dconniver.com
It was requested to look this way but I think it can improve.
Give me your comments/suggestions please!
Oh, and I'll be back again for another site to review pretty soon... ;)

I really don't have any suggestions for this site because I don't know what should be improved. It looks like a very fine site to me and with a nice color scheme. Orange has been used poorly in the past, but this is a big change. There is one small fix that could be applied and that is making the Orange where the copyright is the same color as the orange where the navigation is.
Graphics: 9.5 out of 10
Content: 9 out of 10
Access: 10 out of 10
Overall: 9.5 out of 10

It is obviously not Netscape friendly as all I saw was a blank orange border and lots of white space :(

Looks like there was some downtime for a few hours. Everyone I asked couldn't access it (I assume it was hosting problems) but everything is fine now.

I checked it just a few minutes after Viper[X] and it was fine - I even opened IE to view it as it should be ;) Looking good!

Comments:
- Slow site. Difficult to browse the webpage at sluggish speeds. Sometimes takes about 30 sec. to load a page.
- It uses frames, which never does anything but peeve me. :) I detest how the URL always remains the same, and because the site is incredibly slow, not being able to refresh does get annoying.
- Anything that you have underlined at the moment should be converted into an image. I can just imagine it with fancy script font. :)
- Emphasize the "Key Values", but don't make it as important as the images for the main categories.
- Please proofread your site. I caught quite a lot of grammar errors and a few spelling ones as well. One of them is the incorrect usage of an apostrophe when you wrote "data's". This appeared multiple times. It should just be "data".
- Consider spacing out the images on the nav bar a little bit more. They look too crowded, and with the long page, they leave lots of empty space.
- Bottom bar with copyright, not a good idea. Just put a copyright in regular small black font at the bottom of every page. With the copyright centered on the frame, it looks awkward in alignment with the text above it.
- Somehow, that image on the main page doesn't blend to well. I like the look of it, but it doesn't fit. Try to incorporate it in a different way...I'm not sure how, though.
Overall: 91%

Thanks for the review. The site is slow maybe because of hosting issues at the moment, but it goes pretty fast for me.
I don't understand how you think the site uses frames, because I never even thought about it incorporating them :confused:
I agree that that the underlined text could be images.
The information on the site isn't written by me; it was written by someone else in another country, and their English is a bit different. I will change it though. Just to let you know ;)
Thanks for your suggestions! BTW, I'm surprised I got a 91% despite all the problems ;) :D

Oh...I understand. You used frames for that domain name. :) I should have accessed the real site. Here's code I get when I view source.
<HTML>
<HEAD><TITLE></TITLE></HEAD>
<FRAMESET ROWS="100%, *" frameborder="no" framespacing=0 border=0>
<FRAME SRC="http://reproglobal.iminbudget.com/dconniver/index.html" NAME="mainwindow" frameborder="no" framespacing="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0"></FRAME>
</FRAMESET><--------><CENTER><H2>Your browser does not support frames. We recommend upgrading your browser.</H2>

To me it looks pretty plain, but I do tend to go over board with my designs.
If I were you I would stear away from the template look - if you know what I mean, but on the other hand if thats the clients choice then you have no choice :P
