Javascript needed

Once before I came across a javascript that make certain frames loading first example: I hav two frames I want the top to load then the bottom anyone know the code?, but one that works with iframes?

dynamicdrive.com is DHTML, not JVScript, though they're almost the same thing. Wonder what Weapon was looking for in the first place anyways? I say, javascripts.com is (was) the best, they've also got a search database. But it seems kinda slow these days...
