none of those work , and i was talking about SMTP Server software . but if anybody can find a working SmTp server that has relay enabled post it

Discussion locked, open relay mail server = attracts spammers and that's about it. Your ISP should have a SMTP server for you to use to send your own email.

Even if it's not for spam in this case posting that information on a public message board would no doubt be found and someone would abuse it.
