I think the .gifs are still a little to big, and may be slow in some peoples browsers, but other than that, any suggestions.

It has no content yet, by the way.

Yeah because the server can't do anything if its down. So how can the server give an error if its down?

The server isn't giving the error. That message is just one of those pages that Microsoft IE stores on your computer.

Since I use Mozilla I never see any of those pages.
