My domain isn't working and shows as "(INACTIVE)" when I do a whois at domain.kg. What does that mean?

What do they mean by inactive? (ie. DNS not changed yet/no visitors/canceled domain)

If you recently purchase the domain you will have to wait from 3days - 1 month (normally) until you'll se your domain working..
