I am looking for free webspace, no ads, at least 25MB no more than 35Mb needed, FTP uploads, not FTP Import. And possibly some CGI. Any suggestions?

Well Bob, the only thing I can say (since I don't actually use free space) is to check and read a few threads. It seems this exact question is asked every other day with similar requirements to what you posted.

I had a hard time connecting to their servers.
Nah... they're too slow, I wouldn't go there.

Looks like they're affiliated with Excelland with their nice slow servers.
