Are there any toll free FISPs?

there are none that i have found that offer free access to where i am located. are there any worldwide ones?

There's hardly any free ISP's left. Due to the fact that they couldn't afford to support themselves with just local dialups, I doubt you'll ever see a 1-800/1-888 service.

I believe http://www.hifusion.com offers this. I know for sure they used to, but now, I don't know. Check them out.

If it was 1-88 they would have to pay for my call to them. i dont think i will find one
