Big Problem

Hi,
my site http://www.cpfc.org just got pulled by Burstmedia. They have siezed $1000 of revenue and cited that I had broken their TOS. Such is life, I hadn't anyway I need reccomendations for a new revenue company that

a) Will give best revenue for 750,000 bannerviews
b) Accepts a very low CTR
c) Pays to the UK

I have been rejected by engage as I too much user content so I am looking for suggestions.

I am currently using contentzone but the revenue so far is very poor- any advice?

Also does anyone know of any UK specific agencies apart from doubleclick and engage?

I don't really know any but I'd go with the 'big guns' eg. DoubleClick. They always seem to pay, according to most other posts.

What's everyone else got to say?
