I think everything on there site are a bunch of horse crap!
"our 7 years experience in advertisement and sales" yea right! internet was created on 1990.

And look who created the site "Website Design, CGI and AdServer coded by Danni(http://www.animelab.com/cgi)."

Hmm.. Anime site, why would that ad company have some kid make there site. O nevermind, If you would look at the whois info on adpay you will see that its hosted by animeland.net. Now stereotypes out there that anime site are own by kids, and the are most likely to cheat you.

Accually, I research that many sucessful anime sites that get lots of traffic, and have cheat sponsor are own by "whites, hispanice, and chinese". So very very few japanese own these kind of anime site.

True Interent was created before 1990. but it wasn't call internet. It was really telnet, and hyperterminal. All you can get is public infomation on Text. so internet was really created in 1990 by Al Gore! lol.

Did he really created the internet?

Animelab.com in it's current form (Animelab.com) has only been around for two years at most. It originated from a Pokemon site hosted on hypermart. From these early days they have done CGI/Perl programming etc.

They've also featured in Matt Wright's CGI Recources, a very well respected CGI library on the internet.

I have no reason to doubt that AnimeLab did write the script, they currently have a script available for web advertising. (http://ns.animeland.net/). Which they then could have copied for their friends, one year ago. Not seven.

Which leads me to believe that ad-pay.com may have been running without an ad script. Highly Unlikley!

When looking into the matter further it seems http://www.progressiveideas.org/ now owns AnimeLab (probaly just a name change).

ad-pay.com is also registered by tucows.com, they've only been offering that service for one year? havn't they?

Putting all that information together leads me to believe that ad-pay.com has only been around for about one year. But then again
"As an advertiser you will benefit from our 7 years experience in advertisement and sales. " Could just mean that 'Danni' and his friends have been viewing adverts for the last seven years. :)

On their main site ProgressiveIdeas.org, they sell MOD Chips which are illegal. Beware of these guys.

Not quite illegal, I think the 'loophole' in the law allows you to back-up games and play import copies. Not sure of your laws though. :(

where do these ppl get there mod chips? I found 3 different sites that sell mod chips. Which is also own by kids. and some own warez site.
when I go to a local game store ask for a mod chip. They say it cost $25. And on the sites they sell it for $15 the most. I wonder if those stores bought the mod chip from these kids.

I don't think they did, since I heard many people got ripped off from these sites.
So I am still wondering where these kids get mod chip to sell?

I'm sure there are some dodgy stores selling mod-chips online, just like there are in everything. Although I believe that most of them would probaly be legit and legal. Of course I speak from no factual evidence, just the thought that http://www.mod-chip.com and the like have been around for such a looong time! :)
