Maybe this is on the wrong forum, but does anyone one know of a site that hosts your cgi for free if you don't have a cgi-bin on your fws?

The ones that did, don't. Mant FWP don't have this, but there are a couple and you'll want to get an account with them or use remotely hosted scripts (pre-made, sometimes customizable).

Well, if you just want some basic scripts, one I know of is http://www.cgiforme.com . I they they have 20 or so scripts. You can't upload your own though. It's just for their premade scripts.
