Does anyone truly offer this anymore? Topcities is the closest I can find (it's a little taller, more like 460x80, because of a small link to their homepage).
Basically I want a site that uses normal banners, not the "mega-banners" that FreeServers/Tripod/Etc. use or ugly/crappy ones like Dreamwaters. Just a nice simple 468x60 banner.
And what they offer doesn't really matter, within reason.
I.E. no Portland.
P.S. No FOREIGN sites. Only English, please.
