I doubt it would work because you can only upgrade your space if you fill the 20MBs first. Also, upgrades are only about 20MBs each so he'd have to upload 20MBs of stuff. Apply for upgrade (must be approved by support so don't try warez) and then delete all of the 20MBs he already had and reupload. To much work. Just use crosswinds, that is, if you can ever get into their ----ty FTP server that is always full.
