Anonymous FTP or similar

I'm looking for a site where I can allow others (with or without logins) to submit files to me.

A regular anonymous FTP setup will work just fine, but multiple logins would be OK.

I DO NOT WANT web file accepting sites, unless it supports resuming on uploads.

You will need a dedicated IP for that and the chances of you getting that from a free host are nil.

Sure, but I have no qualms about ANY domain name or directory that is needed...

If ANYONE offers such a service, I wanna know!

I don't care if the URL becomes something like:
ftp://ftp.server.net/members/doctor34

...plus whatever folders/dirs. I create, I just want to have the access!

A cheat might be to create a phony web site and SHARE the FTP ID/password with those I want to share files with, but that is NOT what I want to do.
