You can use MSPaint to do simple image resizing.

I think he means filesize, as in optimizing. Too many frames! It crashed Animation Shop on me.

i was only about to cut it down by 53%
w/ on 3 colors left! thats very low quailty
and it would still takes 19 sec to load on 56 k

Don't use GIF animation. Just use a div layer and scroll that URL across.

Don't animate bigger slice than necessary. Furthermore the whole image isn't suited to be a gif. It's much smaller as jpg. You can also cut the static text out and make that a gif too and it will look crisper.

No work put into this. You have to redo it with the right font and so on.

hmm banner is the rang size it has to be 468x60......this one is 468x15....now they wont let me in the exchange program because of the rang size......gowing to cry :mad:

Why didn't you say it was for banner exchange? Choose another picture if you're animating it or use this without animation. Big deal.
