I need a host that will allow hotlinking of files, no adverts and ftp. I have searched here already :( to no avail

Why would you care if they had ads if you're only using them for hotlinking-download pages prevent hotlinking anyway. :confused:

Ok, I will have ads on the site, because I want a site too, but I dont mind ads after all. All I want is the ability to hotlink a picture that leads to the site. Ads are ok, but not popups or popunders

i read sumwhere hotlinking is like stealing bandwidth, or theft...that true??

If the free host disallows it, then yes, it is stealing bandwidth.

No host really allows hotlinking.
