I need a new web host

I've been using Freedom to Surf (www.f2s.com) for a long time, but their decision of starting to charge has changed all that. They weren't that reliable (course, with it being free what did I expect, you know?) I am now looking for the following for a free web hosting account:

No Ads
FTP
POP3 Email
FrontPage Extensions
10 - 20mb in web space
Did I mention No Ads? Hehe

Yes, I have been searching... Please let me know if there's anything out there. Thx :D

What of what I'm looking for is making it that there isn't anything available? Maybe if I readjust my needs I'd be able to get a free web host? IE: I know I can get POP3 email from a lot of different places, so that wouldn't be a prerequisite.

Oh... and Freedom to Surf never did support FrontPage extensions... I just used FrontPage to build the page and anything else I used Java or something. I'm actually thinking of rebuilding it in DreamWeaver so that shouldn't be too much of an issue either. Sorry... I should've said this all previously. :rolleyes:
