A question about the site elitecities.com

Hello,

I have an account at elitecities.com and was wondering if you have to actually ask permission to get the cgi-bin. It says on its homepage that "Cgi-Bin Installed on Request!(OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON)" and I did make the request via e-mail but I not got any reply back.

1. Has CGI-bin made available yet and can I use it now? (I thought that maybe they have not update their homepage yet)

2. How fast do you think they are? They are o.k. for me (not fast, not slow)

Thanks. IMHO, it's just like using all-caps... no purpose and annoying. Don't worry as long as you post it someone will try to answer your question :D.
