I usually eat domino's, or a more local pizza chain(I think it is local at least), CiCis. They got some of the cheapest pizza there, but it is a little greasy. I just ate some tonight(which I was that was my third option). :)

Well. I can't vouch for the side order. Buffalo wings from their are sickening.

However, the pizza doesn't look that much different from the pizza from Italy I ate, I will have you now. Of course I am sure it was Americanized some for the tourists, put with the exceptions of some spices and stuff, it has "old sausage slices" also. :)

If you want some good pizza go to http://www.cicispizza.com/cicis/ . It is located all across the southeastern US, so it isn't as local as I though.

trenz, here's the story. I was eating in Pizza Hut when i was 11. I saw people kicking pans over the floor to eachother and using them to make pizzas without washing them. the cashier was talking with her boyfriend on the phone about "what cindy is going to wear to the senior prom" while there's a line of about ten people waiting. I threw up five minutes after eating my first slice of pizza.
The moral of this little tale:

Yeah well you have never had pizza until you have tried my homemade 1-1.5 inch thick pizzas. They are very nice, with homemade sauce and dough (both my mums recipe). They are the best pizzas you have ever had, and the are cooked on an old style wood burning oven, for even more taste. (The wood burning oven is out the back in the billiard room, we have a gas one inside.) My pizza rules.

The local ones are certainly a huge improvement on the American franchise ones like Dominos and Pizza Hut. They may cost more, but you at least get value for money :classic2:

What I can say about Pizza Hut in S'pore is that it's nice. Their garlic bread and pizza tastes good and I like it with whipped potatoes. KFC and Pizza Hut are related here.

But it just isn't there. The one in the town where I live was the dirtiest pizza place I had seen till they remodeled, and now it is getting very dirty again. Customer service is lacking also. Not to mention, the pizzas from there are not that good.

My experience with pizza hut has been pretty good, although I only go once every two years or so.. It's much cleaner than other pizza places that I know of...

My only complaint is although the pizza is pretty tasty, the crust is extremely greasy. It's pretty unhealthy to eat alot of pizza hut pizza, which is why I rarely go there.. I've heard they've introduced less greasy types of crust, but I haven't tried them..

There are no restaurants in town.

In the town over, as far as pizza goes, there's a Pizza Hut and a privately owned restaurant that sells grease in a bucket. I opt for Pizza Hut over it, but I'm always disappointed when I go there.

Who was it that said Italian pizza and Dominos pizza were the same? I've never eaten pizza in mainland Italy before, but I can say for a fact Sicilian pizza and American pizza share extremely little common ground.

You certain you weren't eating at a Dominos over there in Italy, aren't you? :)

It was me. I was being somewhat sarcastic, but the pizza at the place I went to(some Italian restaraunt), wasn't that much different from dominos(then again, I expected something totally diffrent). I doubt they use brand name cheese and pepporoni(is their even a brand name pepporoni?), but when I saw it, I thought it was a piazza. Crust, little bit of sauce(not as much as dominos,), cheese, and pepporoni. I am sure it was Ameircanized some.

Well, i've only seen one or two Pizza Hut's here in the atlanta-metro area (atlanta and the surrounding suburbs) and those were all crap, but back in Louisiana they are pretty good (clean). I meant just the Pizza Hut's in the atlanta-metro area. :cool:

I will shed a light on the Pizza Hut - KFC relationship.

Pepsi owns Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell, therefore they are all related.

I worked at Domino's and Pizza Hut, and I don't eat Pizza Hut any more. My job, among other things at Pizza hut was to squirt grease, like 2-6 oz into the deep dish pans. That's healthy for ya. I used to like Domino's thick crust, but now they come with the zesty blend already on them, and are not as quality.

Also, at Domino's, extra cheese is a MYTH! They just but the cheese on top of the toppings instead of below them. At Pizza Hut the cheese is measured, so you actually get extra cheese when you order it. IF you order a pizza from Domino's, order it with the cheese on top, THEY HATE THAT!
