sound editers

im too lazy to go look at download.com for sound editers so if you have used a sound editer for this and have liked it please tell me, free or paid (if paid not too expensive)

i would like to open .mp3 and .wav files and take out bits and pieces of sound and make them into a new .mp3 or .wav file

It's called sndrec32.exe, and it's in your WINDOWS directory. :p

Use WinAMP or Sonique to change your mp3s to wavs...duh.

Hayama, shut up, that was probably the stupidest thing I have EVER read. He said Sound "EDITOR" not recorder. Your best bet is to search Download.com, and Hayama, try taking that stick out of your ---.
