OK, here's the story:

My friend downloaded an aim crashing program and is OBSESSED with it. he keeps crashing my aim client every few minutes and it is getting extremely ANNOYING! CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO STOP THIS ----ING PROGRAM FROM REMOTELY CRASHING AIM?!

I already use Sygate. People have hacked into my computers before, when I was using the free version of ZoneAlarm. I'm not going to pay for the pro version, considering i'm 12. (Admins: please don't ban me. I didn't exactly trust the community enough to give out any real personal info until now. You didnt ban trenzterra.)

He denied doing it, and even told me the command that makes the program crash aim. He forgot to add another "." to the command when he tried to crash my aim client the last time and so now i know it was him and i'm not assuming it's him.

Sygate isn't a firewall, it is a LAN network thing. I also use it to connect three computers together, one of which is a network to share internet. You need to get Zonealarm.

I was running out of space on my windows side, so i got rid of Linux. I'll get it back in a few years when I'm ready to learn how to use it as a webserver. Right now i'm focusing on graphic design.
