What is the best webserver software for win2k server ? it has to have php , mysql , and perl built in or as addons

You could use apache win32 httpd but it's best to use IIS with winnt/2k/xp pro :classic2:

anymore ? i hate the way iis handles permission , and i just dont like apache

If you dont use ASP so you should apache (and use freeBSD for the OS ;) )
You can look at the ne stats from www.netcraft.com and see that moreth 60% of the world servers are apache
