it is $12.5/year,it is cheep or dear?Is there any one cheeper?

ok here are the speeds

ping jaha.dk: 220 i believe, (sometimes has a packet loss)
ping nvphost.com: around the 40 ms (no packet loss)

to see you're self

just open dos-prompt and type for e.g.

ping www.nvphost.com

got 40 ms average on nvphost.com, + i host my site there, i run xoops (an phpnuke remake), and it runs fast!

cyberwings looks very good,but it need a domain,I think I needn't a domain such as www.***.com or net...,can I use a free one?

well you could've used *.*.kg but they're not free anymore but you can use a second level domain (YOURNAME.domain.com)... its like a subdomain...

free ones:
dhs.org (https://www.dhs.org) (signup and add a STATIC DOMAIN)
uni.cc (https://www.uni.cc) (signup and add the domain you want... then in the DOMAIN CONTROL PANEL, click CHANGE/SELECT SERVICES and pick EXTERNAL DNS for the service... now hit APPLY and go back to the control panel... and pick CONFIGURE ENTERNAL DNS and type in the name servers ur host gives you...)

ummmmm... those are the ones i know that are free...
