The free version is actually workable, although completely lacking in features; and they pay version isn't too expensive, although probably doesn't have as many features as HomeFree.

Home free is pretty useless unless you pay for it.

There are some good PHP ones on http://www.hotscripts.com

But if you just want something simple try genesis (do a seach on hotscripts)
