Wanting to know if their is any service out their that allows it?
And you can make the email feel, and look like your own site. Preferrably no banners please ;)

I don't like mailstart I find them very slow, I use http://www.anyemail.com, but I havn't used them in oh, about two or three months, since my ISP started a web bassed e-mail checker deal, so I don't need to go through a third party

Most free services will get your pop3 email from your server.. is this what you're looking for? If not your best bet might be to try readmail.com, except you can't change the look/feel of it. You could, however, search for a script that checks pop3 accounts and customize it yourself..there is one on cgi-resources that I've used once or twice for fun, haven't implimented it but it worked good. anyway.

You could try http://www.mail2web.com
They also have a 128 bit secure connection option!
