I installed a php script I didn't like it and now there's a directory I can't delete, it says it's not empty but I can't see any file in it :(

If your account has a file manager, try to delete the directory with it.

Deleted it. Contacted my admin to remove that directory.

Well, you should be able to change the permissions of the dir. CHMOD to 777, then try to delete it. That should work...

Instead of using list by normaly in ya FTP client, Go, 'QUOTE LIST-A' once your in the dir you need then the files will display.

I had this problem, too. It was the .htaccess file, which was hidden in that "empty" folder. :D
