i've cut down my needs... so all i need now are:

1mb storage
FTP
No Ads
Reasonably fast speed
bandwidth doesnt matter
no cgi or php needed

is there a host like this?
if there isnt.. 500k of storage will even do, but it has to have FTP and No ads.

You don't have to go low as 500Kb of space in order to find a host. There are hosts withour ads....ok, it's not me the right person to suggest one...but others can do so...or try a search in this forum.
