Cyberwings questions!

Could someone explain how the mysql thing works with the Cyberwings host? They say : "mySQL Databases do NOT deduct from your hosting space. So essentially with every plan you are getting a "hosting space" amount and an additional amount SPECIFICALLY used for databases" .
How much is then the space for the mysql database(s)?
