Looking for a host that accepts Australian dollar, preferrable in Australia, but the price/quality must be the best value possible.

I have no idea how to go about it, but I know I would like

50 meg
CGI/Perl
PHP
1 gig + transfer
FTP
At a cost of no more than $10 AU a month. (about 5 USD)

You want the server to be placed in Australia or you want the host owned by an Australian?

Myacen's server is in the rackshack's data centre which is in the united states. The owner is an Australian.

I don't think it would make much of a difference where you got hosted from with those stats, I bet there are free hosting deals with that somewhere.
