Best paid Domainhosting

Hi,

some time ago I launched a thread called best host.
Now I "relaunch" it modified.I decided to buy me a domain in the near future.And if you have a domain you still need a host.
So I want(of course the one who fits for me best),so I though let the host tell me what they have for me :D (I'am sooo lazy)
Ok here are my requirements:



decent space
decent bandwith
pop3/web-based e-mail address(domain in address line)(many if possible)
php,gci,mysql
ftb access
subdomains(if possible)like: www.huhu.mydomain.com
if possible: smtp for outgoing mails(but not very important)
NO ADS
not over 70$ a year


If you have the perfect host for write these two things also to me:
-How can I pay
-Is it monthly or per year

Yes they are good... and I recommend them. Tera-byte is having some transitional problems with becoming a large business, and myacen is a medium sized one. And both are good.
